Dr. Cristy earned her Doctor of Chiropractic from the Los Angeles College of Chiropractic in 1996 and has cared for Mission Viejo ever since. Her work blends chiropractic with applied kinesiology, functional medicine, and nutrition — reading the whole body to find what's really out of balance.
Patients come to her for everything from sports injuries to chronic fatigue, allergies, and prenatal care. The throughline is simple: gentle, personal attention, and healing that works from the inside out. Her practice is also known as Optimal Wellness Center.

I was a client of the late Dr. Sten — hands down the best chiropractor I'd ever been to, and I'd been to more than twenty. Sports injuries, back, all of it. He always got me right. His muscle-testing adjustments were next level — never the cookie-cutter drop-and-pop where you're done in three minutes. When he passed, I had no one to fill the gap.
